Stratul de zinc este extrem de subtire!In contact cu diferiti agenti se oxideaza apoi rugineste!Nu lucrez la tehnologia materialelor dar caroseria la logan 2 este fabricat cu tabla zincata de la CLN!
Posibil caroseria sa contina anumite elemente zincate doar in puncte cheie ce tine de siguranta pasagerilor , restul fiind tabla simpla cu vopsea super "simpla".

Ma repet,toata elementele ce compun caroseria la logan 2 este zincata!Sustin lucrul asta pentru ca am fost in uzina,am intrebat pentru ca eram interesat si am vazut!Faptul ca la unii colegi le-a aparut aceste probleme nu-l cotest,pot aparea erori in fabricatia unui produs!Daca suprafata de zinc a fost indepartata accidentental loviri mecanice,zgarieturi etc in timpul procesului normal, acel element nu mai prezinta rezistenta la coroziuni!

Baietii au venit cu ceva palpabil aici pe forum...rugina dupa niciun an, in te miri ce locuri. Asta cu erori de fabricatie e pentru gradinita...
Prin depunere galvanica (cu ajutorul unui curent electric intre piesa si electrod in baie)poti acoperi cu cupru, nichel, crom, aur, nu doar cu zinc.
Zincare poti face si la cald, nu doar galvanic.
Asta stiam si eu, ca piesele de aspect (capote, usi , aripi) sunt zincate.
Nu contraziceti moderatorii, iti iei ban daca ai dreptate.

Priviti un stalp de gard galvanizat, zincat, posibil prin metoda termica. Ce credeti, Dacia are un procedeu mai evoluat? Ma refer la cavitati si muchii.
