EGR Exista La Benzina?

din moment ce anumite motoare indeplinesc fara probleme norma euro 5 si n-au nevoie de egr pt asta, nu are sens montarea lui.

si eu la motorul de megane am egr, si pe seat 1,6 16v este egr, a6 motor 2,4 benzina are egr...etcccc.

pe wikipedia poate oricine sa scrie ce vrea, niste pustani de 16 ani erau moderatori acolo acu' vreo 2-3 ani. so... kxm de pe logan n-are egr, cel putin modelele e3 si e4. la e5 poate or fi pus...in manualul de service nu exista egr la benzinare.

Eu am pe Fluence EGR (1,6 16v) și - pare-se - distribuție variabilă. Momentan EGR-ul nu a făcut nicio figură. Cel mai nasol e că Fluence-ul e un pic mai greu și muuuuult mai leneș decât Loganul cu același motor.

Ciudat.

Inteleseem ca exact motoarele cu distributie variabila nu au nevoie de EGR, deoarece realizeaza efactul de recirculare a gazelor evacuate, prin felul cum lucreaza supapele:

Part of the exhaust gas is drawn in during the intake stroke by overlapping of the intake valve and exhaust valve. The VVT-i system controls the valve timing to control the internal EGR actively. The VVT-i system opens the intake valve quickly and lets some of the exhaust gas flow backwards to the intake side when the end of the exhaust stroke overlaps. The EGR effect is attained by drawing the back-flowing gas and the air-fuel mixture into the cylinder at the same time during the intake stroke."

@JREwing: la benzinare nici n-o sa fie probleme cu egr-ul, pentru ca benzina arde curat, nu emana mizeria pe care o scoate dieselul.
