Era o singura banda, dar el nu s-a asigurat cand a vrut sa o ia la stanga, in situatia in care nici nu ii mergea semnalizarea. Pana la urma o sa fac asa cu casco, cum ati zis voi.
Masina e pe numele meu, dar o conducea taica-meu. Nu e nici o problema, in contract scrie ca poate fi condusa si de alta persoana
S-a mai discutat problema asta undeva...daca omul era pe banda lui, nu se cheama depasire si in orice caz este vina celui care a schimbat banda de mers fara sa se asigure...chiar daca era in intersectie trebuia se preselecteze banda din timp nu sa faca direct stanga de pe banda 1 (daca drumul are 2 benzi)...iar daca drumul are o singura banda atunci e mai nasol...ce cautai in dreapta lui?
