Mod de preparare
Porumbeii se curata, li se rasucesc aripile in sus dupa gat, iar picioarele se introduc in taietura prin care s-au scos intestinele. Se pun la fiert in apa cu sare, in care s-a pus ceapa si zarzavatul pentru supa. Indata ce a dat in fiert, se spumeaza cat este necesar. Dupa ce au fiert, se scot porumbeii din supa si se strecoara supa. Din margarina, faina si supa se pregateste un sos, care se lasa sa fiarba 15 min. Si se potriveste gustul cu piper si sare. Porumbeii se taie in doua, se acopera cu sos si se stropesc cu unt topit. Se mananca cu mamaliguta calda.

Problema e ca prinde si altele care le aude in casa des si le amesteca din cand in cand. Una peste alta, e o figura in familie.
