Fumez Ocazional si in situatii de stres desi nu ar trebuide lasat de tigari potii sa te lasi daca ai vointa, fara sa bagi tot felu de medicamnete in tine fara nici un efect zic eu... Daca vrei cu adevarat potii!!!

Nicotina ajuta la digestie, cand manci stomacu secreta o anumita cantit de nicotina, care la fumatori e data de tigareta. De aia dupa masa bagi o tigara...
Doctorii nu recomanda renuntarea ditr-o data la tigari,ci treptat.Organismul se obisnuieste cu tutunul iar renuntarea dintr-o data e mai dificila.
Aici te contrazic. Cea mai buna metoda de a te lasa este dintr-o data. Daca organismul tau e deja dependent de nicotina, atunci vei utiliza si plasturi/guma mestecat.
PS: stiu asta sigur, pt ca sunt viitor doctor.
Sanatate. Si lasati-le ca sigur veti face BPOC, cardiomiopatie ischimica, hipertensiune arteriala, ateroscleroza sistemica, accident vascular ischemic, cancer ( de orice fel, in special pulmonar), fibroza pulmonara, si lista poate continua.

@octavian: Stomacul nu secreta nici un fel de nicotina. Nicotina are alte efecte: stimuleaza corticosuprarenala, determina secretie de catecolamine, stimuleaza secretia gastrica ( deci ea stimuleaza, nu stomacul secreta nicotina, si nici vreo substanta asemanatoare), stimuleaza tranzitul intestinal ( de aceea iti vine sa te duci la toilet dupa ce fumezi, mai ales daca bei si cafea)
