Ultima mancare realizata impreuna cu nevasta este un fel de stufat de pui, la care am adaugat si o conserva mica de ciuperci. Pe langa am facut si un piure de cartofi... a iesit misto
Ceva mai usor (cu putina maioneza) :
Poze n-am facut ca era descarcat acumulatorul la aparatul foto.
Salata de telina, morcovi si piept de pui
3 morcovi,
1 telina potrivita,
1 piept de pui,
4-5 linguri maioneza facuta in casa, sare, piper
Telina si morcovii se curata si se rad pe razatoarea mica. Pieptul de pui se pune la fiert intreg, se lasa pana se inmoaie. Intr-un bol se pun legumele rase, pieptul de pui taiat marunt, maioneza, sare, piper, se amesteca totul bine. Se da la rece inainte de servire.
Puteti stoarce si cativa stropi de zeama de lamaie.
Merge cu bere, vin sau ce beti de obicei.
Atentie, vinul rosu in combinatie cu telina face bine. La femei.
