Am un motocircular creat artizanal si as vrea sa stiu ce am de facut pentru a circula in localitate (mediul rural) in conditii legale. La tractoare stiu ca li se retinea certificatul de inmatriculare si primeau niste placute cu numere, faute pentru respectiva localitate. Dar acesta fiind artizanal, aveti idee ce trebuie facut?
